Workflow
1. High-pressure water washing: Use a high-pressure water pump with a pressure of up to 80-120 kg, with a fan-shaped or atomizing nozzle, to wash the car body 360 degrees around, effectively removing surface dirt and sand.
2. Chemical cleaning agent spraying: Spray special car wash liquid or foam through the intelligent rotating arm to decompose stubborn stains and form a protective film. Some models also provide coating function to enhance paint protection.
3. Intelligent positioning and sensing: Use ultrasonic or photoelectric sensing technology to automatically detect the vehicle outline and parking position, adjust the spray rod distance (usually 20-35cm), and ensure that there is no dead angle in the washing.
4. Air drying system: The embedded high-pressure fan (wind speed can reach 67 meters/second) quickly blows away the moisture on the car body. Some models optimize energy consumption through segmented air drying.
