Vehicle parking and preparation
Before entering the car wash machine, the vehicle needs to be parked in an appropriate position, with the windows and doors closed, and there are no other items on the roof. After the vehicle is ready, the car wash machine's sensors will detect the size and position of the vehicle to ensure the safety of the car wash process.
Pre-wash
The fully automatic car wash machine will perform a pre-wash, the purpose of this step is to remove large particles of dirt and impurities on the surface of the vehicle. Pre-washing generally uses a high-pressure water gun or a spray device to spray detergent or detergent to soften the dirt and prepare for subsequent steps.
Main wash
The main wash is one of the key steps in the car wash machine. During the main wash process, the car wash machine uses bristles or nozzles to spray car wash liquid, and removes dirt on the surface of the car body by brushing or high-pressure water washing, including mud, oil, insect residues, etc. Among them, the brushing method may include rotating and horizontally moving bristles, or it may be spraying cleaning liquid with a high-pressure water nozzle.
Rinsing
Rinsing is to remove the detergent remaining on the surface of the car body during the main washing process. The car washer will use a high-pressure water sprayer or spray system for rinsing to ensure that the detergent is completely rinsed off.
High-pressure water spraying
High-pressure water spraying is to ensure the cleanliness of the car body. The car washer will use a high-pressure water gun or spray system to spray the entire car with high-pressure water to wash away the dirt and water stains remaining on the car body. At the same time, it can also spray water with foam to make the car washing effect better.
Drying and blowing
Drying and blowing is the last step in the car washing process.
